Refund policy
Returns
We know ordering items online, site unseen, can sometimes be dicey. While we hope all sizes work out, we know this will not always be the case.
We will accept returns within 14 business days of the date you received the item(s). The items must be unworn, unlaundered and with tags attached if applicable. No exceptions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will refund you and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale items
All items marked "SALE" are final and may not be refunded (unless for some reason the item was received damaged).
Exchanges
We will gladly exchange items if you need alternate sizes.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, different size or print, send us an email at moni@monimakai.com and once we've processed the exchange, you can send your item to:

Gifts
If the item you received was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, please ship it to the address listed above.
At this early stage in our business, we are unable to pay for return shipping costs at this time, though we hope this will change in the future. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
